For this year’s Lantern Festival, New Taipei City Library hosts riddle challenge

With the nine-day holiday in past, the Lantern Festival is now coming. To give its customers the best experience of carrying paper lanterns and solving riddles while appreciating the culture and history behind the Lantern Festival tradition, New Taipei City Library is hosting the “Lucky Dragon Lantern Festival Celebration” from Feb. 1st to Feb. 5th. Riddle challenges will be provided at Central Library and eleven other library branches-including Tucheng Branch, Yonghe Branch, Sanchong Branch, Shulin Branch, Shimen Branch, Jinshan Branch, Xizhi Branch, Ruifang Branch, Wulai Branch, and Xinzhuang Xisheng Branch-for children and their families to participate. New Taipei City Library will also give every participant solving a riddle a “Lucky Dragon” lantern as the prize.
