Mayor Chu awards the excellent BAS personnel
New Taipei City Mayor Eric Chu awarded the Excellent BAS Personnel in 507 city government conference room at 2pm on January 3.
Chu said that the BAS personnel’s working contents includes accountings, statistics, estimates and final costs, which were all heavy works to proceed.
Chu emphasized the importance of BAS personnel’s work, adding that the government will improve efficiency and income if the personnel accomplish a great job.
Due to the case of inadvertently breaking the law, such as the special fee issue, Chu made an appeal that the law apartment should not take the accounting case as a single law problem, but should look into other cases at the same time, such as accounts treatment, budgets amendments and final costs corrections.
Four excellent BAS personnel in 2012 were awarded, including Yin Jia-yu officier of Budget, Accounting and Statistics Office, New Taipei City Government, Huang Xue-ye Director of Social Welfare Department, New Taipei City Government, Zheng Zhen-ru Director of Transportation Department, New Taipei City Government and Zhong Xiu-lan Director of Accounting Office, Pinglin District Office, New Taipei City. In addition, the four personnel will represent for New Taipei City to join the National Excellent BAS Personnel Selection.
