3,000 job offers are releasing at the NTPC Career Fair

 

New Taipei City government had invited 55 firms to participate in the Career Fair during 10am to 3pm on March 9. With more than 3,000 job offers released from the firms, NTPC Mayor Eric Chu indicated that he was looking forward to see the boost of the economy on this snake year, and he wish to held more events to create more jobs for the citizens.

More than 55 companies were invited to the Fair, including Far Eastone, Senao International, E-life mall, Wowprime, Miramar Garden Taipei, Breeze Center, and Momo Shop, etc. These companies had provided over 3,000 job opportunities; the retail industry and food & beverage industry had both holding 30 percent from the total job offers, and others such as carries, manufactures, technology industry, and transport sector had each 10 percent from the total.

Besides the investment by the government, Chu indicated that many private enterprises are also recruiting the staffs, and he gave best wishes to the young generations to find the best job on this Career Fair.

 

 


Five different firms were awarded by the government, for their contribution on the employment services. Chu also visited several exhibitors to know the situations of citizens who are searching for jobs at the Fair.

As the graduation season approaches, Labor Affairs Department indicated that the 2013 Career Fair on campus will begin at Tamkang University on March 27.
