Mayor Chu participates in a charity concert held by doctors
New Taipei City Mayor Eric Chu participated in a charity concert, which was held by the members of New Taipei City Medical Association at NTPC hall on March 24.
The Chairman of the Association Zhang Jiaxun donated almost NT$1 million and led the members to participate this event. In addition, all the concert admission fees were given free to the public since the members of the Association have made the donation for this event.
Public Health Department indicated that last year’s 1st Medical Charity Award was established to show appreciation to the NTPC doctors’ dedications. This year the NTPCMA set up the Charity Committee and held this charity concert to donate the excess fund to the charity groups.
