At Xingfu Waterside Park, the wavy terrain full of rapeseed blossoms is a spectacle for the visitors.
Rapeseed, both ornamental and edible, with its ability to persevere in many adverse environments, resembles in the eyes of Taiwanese their characteristics of fortitude and pragmaticality. Managed by the New Taipei City Government, fields of rapeseeds have blossomed throughout the 26-acre Xingfu Waterside Park.
