Annual Music festivals at New Taipei City kick off this summer
The annual music festivals in Goanlia District of New Taipei City kick off with the performance of several pop bands and singers such as Mayday, Bashenyan, Fanshi, and MP bands. People have been drawn by not only the great performance, but also the beautiful and relaxing vibes that can be felt this summer at the beach. Many people even take several days off just to be part of the celebration.
The festivals also feature “Ocean Music Contest” where ten bands will do their best to stand out and take home the prize. People also anticipate their performance before they get to the top. In addition, last year’s winners Boxing band, Chen Ishow, and Chenli band will also show up this year to cheer for the contestants. Needless to say, the excitements can be felt and people are eager to see the competition in person.
In order to relieve the crowd at the venues, Tourism Bureau of New Taipei City has set up three service centers for consultation. Any questions about translation or water safety brochures are also available. On the other hand, police are around to protect female swimmers’ privacy. Detecting devices have also been set to prevent secret filming.
