Distinguished religious groups praised for their dedication

The 2012 Distinguished religious group award ceremony is held at Amazing House in New Taipei City Hall. New Taipei City Mayor Chu attends the ceremony and praises the winners in person for their hard work and dedication. As the saying goes; there’s nothing more pleasant than helping others. Mayor Chu encourages the attendees and sincerely congratulates the groups on winning such recognition.

He also expresses that it’s almost impossible to live without these people in times of difficulties such as the March 11th earthquake in Japan, poor students’ donation programs, and the sponsored ambulance service. It just shows the importance of those nice people in times of help. Their love and kindness also deserve our admiration, Mayor Chu adds.

The application process this time includes appropriate recommendations to the Civil Service Bureau along with proof of solid help and recognition. The entire process can be further divided into social and religious services respectively with two different tracks for prizes.

Chief of Fuho and Guachi Temple Ka Kauyan also says that he is just a helper whose aim is to meet and take care of people in need whenever he can. The other winner is Taishan Catholic Church Association which has been taking great care of the elderly for a long time.
